The rooms are cleaned daily and include a comfortable bed in the living area and a good shower. the hotel has a wonderful location near restaurants, malls like Dadeland Mall, and food options. - the staff is friendly and excellent.

Clean good value hotel with a lovely pool and a comfy location close enough to restaurants and shopping, stores like Walmart on SW 88th and malls, food places and gas stations. Good bed, clean bathroom and climate control, pay TV and a mini-fridge in the room.

In front of the Hotel - McDonalds, to the left - construction place. Plastic food at breakfast: everything artificial. Hamburgers, donuts, johurt - everything made of flavourings and chemicals, served on plastic dishes and glases. An they even write something like "begin your day with gastronomic pleasure!". Computer in the lobby does not work, printer as well. TV in lobby shows only red and blue colors.

The hotel's location was great, surrounded by restaurants, shopping malls, food places, and gas stations. the staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to exceed expectations.

The location of the hotel was great in the middle of a shopping district. I was very impressed with the Staff of the hotel they were very friendly and accomodating, something very rarely found in the U.S.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The room was immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious items and even fresh Cinnabon's. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, situated near a number of restaurants and shopping options. This made it easy for me to explore and find everything I needed during my trip. it was definitely worth the money.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the sleeping couch in my room was quite uncomfortable.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Kendall. the hotel was exceptional and nice, close to restaurants and shopping. the large room I booked had a good shower, and having a shower and a hairdryer was a plus. the location was particularly good, right by Dadeland Mall and stores like Walmart on SW 88th, as well as shops and food places.

As youngsters, we loved the "grab & go" breakfast arrangement! It had a great variety of options to suit all our tastes.
